The Madrigal Choir, conducted by Anna Ungureanu, invites you to witness a spectacular collaboration between the human voice and the expressiveness of dolphins, in the Extraordinary Recital “Madrigal: ULTRAsounds.” The event takes place at the Constanța Dolphinarium, an unconventional venue offering exceptional acoustics both for the Madrigal Choir and for… the music of the dolphins. We invite you to enjoy a Madrigal-branded experience created through the harmony between the live sound of the choir and the sonic imprints of the “artist” dolphins, who will engage in a dialogue with the choir’s lyrical artists. Dolphins, renowned for their exceptional intelligence and impressive communication and echolocation abilities, are highly receptive to any sound. They communicate extensively through sounds and body language, being a species where mothers give lifelong names to their calves through a unique vocal signature.
