The event is organized by the National Chamber Choir “Madrigal – Marin Constantin” and takes place within SEAS – The Summer Season of Performing Arts, 4th edition, July-September 2025, Constanța. The concert marks the Romanian Navy Day and the celebration of Saint Mary – the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, celebrated every year by the public and the Madrigal Choir in Constanța.
